Private Day Trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech
Escape Marrakech for a private journey to Ouzoud Waterfalls, one of Morocco’s most impressive natural attractions. Surrounded by olive groves in the Middle Atlas Mountains, the waterfalls cascade approximately 110 metres into the valley below. Your private day trip begins with pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech at 8:30 a.m. Enjoy a scenic three-hour drive through the Moroccan countryside toward Ouzoud Waterfalls, located near the village of Tanaghmeilt in Azilal Province.
Along the way, you will pass traditional villages, open landscapes, and extensive olive groves. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and follow the walking trails through the valley, stopping at panoramic viewpoints overlooking the spectacular 110-metre cascades.
Continue toward the river, where you may see wild Barbary macaques and take an optional traditional boat ride near the waterfalls. Depending on the season and local conditions, you may also have the opportunity to swim in the natural pools.
After exploring the area, enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch at one of the local restaurants overlooking the waterfalls.
At the end of this unforgettable day, meet your driver for the journey back to Marrakech. You will be dropped off at your hotel or riad.
